This is my personal blog and a place for me to share my experience with an emergency situation I had last year.
I needed to start looking more like a man and build some muscle as soon as possible. I was embarrassed to go
shirtless and even with a short sleeve shirt on I didn’t look good. I didn’t want to lose my girlfriend to
someone else so I knew I had to put on some muscle as soon as possible and stop looking and feeling like a
whimp.

Even with my tight schedule, I tried multiple methods to make my biceps. legs, and chest bigger, but with no success.

Then a friend pointed me to someone who looked like Hercules and knew the secret to packing on some serious
muscle. He owned a gym, so why wouldn’t he know all this stuff ?

This is great if you want to look better in your clothes, at your job, on the beach, on the golf
course, and want to be much stronger. And protecting your family, if need be, is only possible if you are
strong enough to do so.

I’m kind of a body building nut now so I like to read about exercise, diets and improving your health and it is
one of the reasons why I created this website – to help others by sharing what I know.
